We design and develop blended training methods to support the objectives established by the customer, using a systematic approach to training (SAT). This approach is based on the Instructional Systems Development (ISD) model. This design methodology uses "systems analysis" concepts to solve training problems. Our instructional approach is performance based and competency driven; it ensures that people are prepared for their work by having the necessary knowledge, skills, and attitudes to do their job.
Training is designed based on a needs analysis and developed to be delivered in the format that delivers the greatest impact at the most cost effective price (i.e., job aides, self-study guides, classroom training, and web-based or computer-based training). Evaluation and feedback mechanisms are built into the training process to ensure the training is meeting the needs of the students and the organization.
