This Rate Schedule provides consulting rates for services delivered on a time and materials basis.

All rates include normal clerical assistance, state and federal employee related, and corporate income taxes and fees, but do not include high volume word processing, high volume copying services, long distance telephone calls, or taxes that might be imposed on delivered work.
Monthly invoices will be supported with time reports, expense reports and appropriate receipts.
Payment terms are 30 days net of invoice date.
