Director, Nuclear Operations Support

We are seeking a customer-focused team player with the following qualifications: BS degree in engineering discipline or equivalent; a minimum of 10 years experience in the nuclear operations field; working knowledge of DOE Orders and CFRs related to nuclear operations; demonstrated ability to organize, lead, plan, manage, and develop business; produce winning proposals; knowledge of principles/practices of environmental and industrial safety and health operations and quality; ability to perform comprehensive assessments, accident investigations and implement work control programs; project management; program management; working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs; strong customer orientation; excellent interpersonal, communication and team-building skills; and a commitment to company values.

This position is primarily responsible for developing business, managing and directing the ongoing business operations, programs and training. This includes, but is not limited to, identifying, implementing, managing and directing new business areas as assigned; managing and directing subordinate mid-level and line managers; conducting market analyses and market development; identifying, developing, implementing, managing and directing nuclear operations support strategies and programs; interface with contracting officers, procurement, and clients; and producing winning proposals.

Director, Facility Decontamination and Dismantlement

We are seeking a customer-focused team player with the following qualifications: BS degree in engineering discipline or equivalent; a minimum of 10 years experience in the decontamination and dismantlement field; working knowledge of DOE Orders and CFRs related to D&D; working knowledge and experience of facility D&D facility techniques; demonstrated ability to organize, lead, plan, manage, and develop business; produce winning proposals; project management; program management; working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs; strong customer orientation; excellent interpersonal, communication and team-building skills; and a commitment to company values.

This position is primarily responsible for developing business, managing and directing the ongoing business operations, programs and training. This includes, but is not limited to, identifying, implementing, managing and directing new business areas as assigned; managing and directing subordinate mid-level and line managers; conducting market analyses and market development; identifying, developing, implementing, managing and directing Facility Decontamination and Dismantlement strategies and programs; ensure QA and safety; interface with contracting officers, specialists, CORs and clients; and producing winning proposals.
