Description:
Echota Technologies Corporation is building a resume database for an engineering support contract that will be performed in Las Vegas, Nevada area. Work assignments may last from two weeks to six months. Notification for authorization to work may take place in as little time as five business days before the start of work. The work may require a security clearance. If a security clearance is required, applicants must be capable of obtaining a DOE "Q" security clearance and must be a US Citizen. Echota offers competitive salaries and paid travel expenses when travel criteria is met. Specific job qualifications are listed below.
· Must have a working knowledge of Federal, State, and Local codes and standards applicable to engineering design.
· Bachelor’s degree in communications, English, journalism, or other field related to the position or equivalent training and experience plus a minimum of 8 years of related professional experience in an engineering, construction or operation and maintenance environment.
· Understand technical terminology related to engineering and construction.
· Compile and logically organize information to be included in documents such as calculations specifications, formal reports etc.
· Effective oral, analytical, written and communication skills. Assist with the writing/revision of all types of documents, to include specifications, engineering work plans and other engineering documents.
