Position Details: Senior Project Engineer
Description:
Echota Technologies Corporation is building a resume database for an engineering support contract that will be performed in Las Vegas, Nevada area. Work assignments may last from two weeks to six months. Notification for authorization to work may take place in as little time as five business days before the start of work. The work may require a security clearance. If a security clearance is required, applicants must be capable of obtaining a DOE "Q" security clearance and must be a US Citizen. Echota offers competitive salaries and paid travel expenses when travel criteria is met. Specific job qualifications are listed below.
· Must have a working knowledge of Federal, State, and Local codes and standards applicable to engineering design.
· Bachelor degree in engineering discipline or related field experience plus 10 or more years of professional project engineering/project management experience that provided a thorough knowledge of codes, principles, practices and techniques of project management as related to facility management and operations type projects.
· Current PMP certification considered a plus.
· Manage and oversee the day to day generation of engineering deliverables on multiple projects with conflicting deadlines.
· Generate engineering work plans, develop cost estimates with input, monitor cost and schedule performance, and interact professionally with project stakeholders.
