Echota Technologies is actively seeking to fill a position as Intelligence SME to support a current contract. This position will provide expertise in Operational level military operations, intelligence and operations research/systems analysis to support deployed U.S. and coalition forces in Counter-IED (C-IED) operations both in the U.S. Central Command Area of responsibility and locations in the United States. Each task order is expected to last for a period of 15 months from date of task order award. Interested applicants must have held an active Top Secret (TS)/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance within the last two (2) years and have current eligibility. Qualifications:
*Be deployable to the required theater of operations.

Job Description:
*Provide intelligence and forensic expertise and support in CONUS and as a member of a deployed unit with respect to munitions exploitation.
*Support intelligence operations.
*Provide exploitation and asymmetric threat analysis including the identification, development, and integration of countermeasure technologies.
*Provide multi-intelligence analysis and fusion in support of counter-IED efforts and operations executed by committed war fighting units, integrating existing national-level products and databases to provide an enhanced level of information support.
*Develop and integrate (for optimized employment of) enhanced Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance assets.
*Conduct multi-layered, multi-intelligence analysis to define patterns of IED network activity in order to narrow the search space to conduct CIED operations.
*Provide intelligence targeting support products and “reach-back” support to forward-deployed elements as required.
*Conduct adversary analysis to assist all COIC and JIEDDO divisions and selected key external agencies in achieving predicative counter-IED capabilities.
The Intelligence Integrator interacts directly with the Multi-National Corps, Iraq (MNC-I) and JIEDDO C-IED Operations Integration Centers (COIC) during the development of intelligence products that respond to Division or MEF Requests for Support (RFS). He/she actively coordinates the support packages provided to meet Division, MEF, and subordinate element operational requirements. The Intelligence Integrator also ensures that the JIEDDO COIC receives tactical level intelligence developed by Division/MEF assets for collaboration in developing enemy network analysis. The Intelligence Integrator also supports the Division/MEF targeting efforts by advising and assisting with all-source intelligence analysis of insurgent groups, operational capabilities and supporting tactics in pre-operational planning, identifying information gaps, proposing collection requirements to meet current and anticipated intelligence needs, and evaluating the intelligence collected in response to requirements. The Intelligence Integrator also integrates analysis in the production and presentation of reports and assessments.
