It is particularly significant because it was where people came to resolve their issues. They knew they would be safe and dealt with fairly. It was a place of peace and integrity that demonstrated justice and care for its people. We strive to continue the spirit of Echota in our business today.
The Echota philosophy is implemented through our mission and core values. The integrity of our business relationships is paramount in supporting our customers on their quest to succeed. We are in the service business; therefore, our entire livelihood is dependent upon our people. We care for our people, encourage them, and expect them to be the very best, and in so doing are confident they will demonstrate those same characteristics in supporting our customers. The senior management's focus is on the customer and our people; if we meet the needs of our customers and employees, all the other aspects of the business will fall into place.
