Our employees have experience in national and international training and development in various capacities with expertise in the nuclear, manufacturing, hazardous waste processing, petroleum/chemical, and construction industries. We have extensive experience in instructional systems development (traditional and web-based), program evaluation, and training program management in both union and non-union environments.
Our specialty is development of procedures and training programs for High Impact operations where the outcomes matter! We apply our experience to development and implementation of operations infrastructure for many industries including process facilities, petro-chemical applications, chemical processing, hazardous waste processing, security operations, and others.
Echota Technologies employs the Instructional Systems Design (ISD) model, which is the formalized training methodology that increases worker productivity; it is sometimes referred to as the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT). SAT is the systematic development of instructional solutions using learning and instructional theories to ensure the effectiveness of instruction. It is the entire process of analysis of learning needs and goals and the development of a specific delivery system to meet those needs.
