We have extensive experience in instructional systems development (traditional and web-based), program evaluation, and training program management in both union and non-union environments.

Our specialty is development of procedures and training programs for High Impact operations where the outcomes matter! We apply our experience to development and implementation of operations infrastructure for many industries including process facilities, petro-chemical applications, chemical processing, hazardous waste processing, security operations, and others.

SAT is the systematic development of instructional solutions using learning and instructional theories to ensure the effectiveness of instruction.
