Nuclear Operations

Overview

Echota's Nuclear Operations Division provides support services for nuclear operations in the Department of Energy, Department of Defense, and commercial industries. These services include engineering, operational assessment, specialized training, qualification, safety, operations, maintenance, and management services. We develop and implement quality solutions that comply with regulatory requirements. Our goal is to apply our vast experience and expertise in order to integrate the key programs critical to safe and efficient operations. We do this by combining in-depth operations knowledge with technology-based performance solutions to achieve operations excellence.

Echota has highly qualified personnel available who can support a wide range of operational areas such as facility startup, process startup, self-assessment, human performance evaluation, configuration management, Conduct of Operations, Integrated Safety Management, maintenance management, training, procedures, and work control processes. Our staff has hands-on experience in the development and implementation of process management methodologies applied to operational environments.
