Echota's Information and Training Services Division is one of the leading providers of e-training solutions, developing learning products for commercial and government projects worldwide. Our division offers highly qualified staff with specialized expertise in fields such as computer-/web-based courseware design and development, real-time simulations, multi-media design and development, courseware deployment, and highly interactive blended training solutions.

Our world-class training solutions address a vast range of training and educational requirements. We offer you complete content planning, development and deployment services. Whether this is your first project or your 50th, we'll work closely with you to design, develop, and implement a learning solution that meets your specific business needs.

We have designed and developed over 500 hours of customized training in just the last 4 years for a variety of clients such as the U.S. Department of Energy’s Idaho National Laboratory, BWXT Y-12, Oak Ridge National Laboratory’s Spallation Neutron Source, SkillSoft, Holland America Lines, The University of Alabama, Aventis, Pratt Whitney, John Deere, Caterpillar Corporation, Environmental Systems Corporation, and Hewlett Packard just to name a few.

The Information and Training Services Division is divided into three functional design groups:

• eLearning
  One of the premier e-learning companies in the world today. Echota can create highly interactive instructional courseware on virtually any topic or develop a blended training approach where the e-learning supports other training methodologies. We match the appropriate technology with our proven adult learning model to implement learning solutions that address your strategic business needs for a measurable return to your organization.
• Simulations
  The primary goal for the Simulations Group is to provide training solutions that improve human performance in order to improve operating efficiency, lower operations and maintenance costs, and minimize risks.
• Blended Training
  We can help you implement well-designed blended learning strategies which can reduce training time and cost while increasing the availability of learning
