The purpose of Human Performance Improvement (HPI) is to provide the best possible solution for organizations based on their desired performance level vs. their current level. Human Performance Improvement incorporates the best practices that promote a just culture and produce measurable results in safety, productivity, innovation, and operational performance.
We work to understand your goals and objectives, identify potential problem areas, and then propose appropriate solutions to achieve your goals.
Human Performance Improvement encompasses two concepts. One concept is that of improved performance and production of a system, facility, or organization. This concept helps the individual work "smarter" using the tools at hand and the organization providing new skills or tools for the individual that will lead to greater efficiency and productivity. The second concept is that of performing work more safely -- that is with less personal injury, less equipment down time or damage, and fewer regulatory violations. This concept depends on the individual to follow prescribed procedures, follow safety guidelines, manufacturer’s equipment recommendations, and practice more "situational awareness."
The HPI group will evaluate the current state of your organization, understanding the organization’s business goals and objectives, determining the gap between the actual and desired performance, then recommending appropriate solutions to close the gaps so the organization can meet its goals and objectives.
