Many organizations are implementing learning programs that "blend" the high-touch advantages of classroom instruction with the high-reach advantages of online self-study. Well-designed blended learning programs can reduce training time and cost while increasing the availability of learning when and where it is needed.

Some clients ask us to review their current classroom curricula to determine which programs are best suited for migration to blended delivery. We do this by evaluating each program to determine if it can be delivered effectively using blended strategies and if it makes business sense to do so. This review of instructional requirements and business objectives also enables our clients to prioritize candidate programs.
